1. About Evolve Agency

Evolve Agency is an official TikTok LIVE partner agency. Joining the agency is free for creators and is initiated through the official TikTok application links on this site.

2. Eligibility

Creators must comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service. We reserve the right to decline or end the relationship with any creator who violates platform rules or agency policies.

3. Rewards and bonuses

Bonuses, tier qualifications and rewards displayed on this site are indicative and depend on monthly performance and TikTok's official policies. Final amounts are determined and paid out by TikTok.

4. Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions such as Evolve Premium and Evolve Trygghet are governed by the separate purchase terms and, where applicable, the Evolve Trygghet terms.

5. Support

Support is provided through TikTok messaging, our Discord and email at info@evolveagency.online. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

6. Ending the relationship

Creators may leave the agency at any time. We may also end the relationship if a creator becomes inactive or breaches these terms.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the website or via email.
